The flag measures 15 and 1/2 inches wide and 8 and 1/4 inches from top to bottom. This window plaque flag(style 104)was made in Taiwan for Stanwell Trading Co. of New York. On the side of the box it reads: "Engineered To Give Wind Blown Effect". It looks like this product is from either the 1950's or 1960's. The flag is in good condition and comes with extra blubs and it's original box.
